Angie Thrift

Angie Longo Thrift of Middleburg, FL passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 in a tragic automobile accident. She was born in Tampa, FL to Alfredo and Elena Longo.   Mrs. Thrift was an accomplished singer, artist and amateur photographer.  She was awarded the Editor’s Choice Award for outstanding achievement in poetry from Poetry.com and the International Library of Poetry. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.   Survivors include her daughter, Kathi Brooks (Michael A): grandchildren, Peter Meisinger and Shawn and Christian Weatherford.
