Anne H. Clark

December 7, 1947 — August 21, 2022

Anne Hawkins Clark, 74, of Green Cove Springs, Florida moved on to a new and wonderful journey on Sunday, August 21, 2022. She was born on December 7, 1947, to her parents David Ripley Hawkins and Annie Lee Hawkins in Nashville, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her parents, her younger brother Thomas Hawkins, her stepson John Clark, and her husband Herman Clark. She is survived by her three children and spouses: Amy Stoddard (Herman), David Clark (Tamantha), Linda Fife (Bobby); Seven grandchildren: Kelly Leake, Walter Davis, Jeremy Davis, Ashley Clark, Josh Clark, Tonna Arnold, Jessica Fife and many great- grandchildren. Her greatest accomplishment was her two children. Anne had a great love for horses and took every opportunity to be near them. Anne retired from the city of Jacksonville. She worked in the mayor's office, then she transferred to the veteran's office and her final position was park maintenance which she was most proud of the budget that she ran for the city of Jacksonville. She will always be remembered for her fondness for her hat that she wore everywhere she went in her later years.
