It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Armin Memic. Born on March 11, 1984, in the city of Doboj, Bosnia. After suffering the struggles of the civil war his family relocated in Louisville, Ky when he was 16 years old. He assisted Seneca High School and completed his GED after going to work to help support his family. He married Ana Maria Fierros and started a family working as an owner-operator for various trucking companies before relocating to Jacksonville, Fl. Armin joined Hibernia Baptist Church and was a member of the Faith Riders group where he was liked, by everyone that met his always enthusiastic and amicable ways. Armin will be remembered as a person that always lends a hand to anyone in need. You could always find Armin fixing his truck, motorcycle, or anything that needed fixing at home. He was totally dedicated to his family. He is survived by his wife Ana Maria Memic and daughter Ariana Memic, his father Salim Memic, and his mother Mirsada Memic, brother Admir Memic his brothers-in-laws Alex and Gabriel Fierros, father and mother-in-law Pablo and Doris Fierros, numerous aunts uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held at Hibernia Baptist Church 7100 Hwy 17S, Fleming Island Fl, 32003 at 11:00 am Friday, December 13, 2019. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until service time. Burial will follow in Penney Farms Cemetery.
