Barbara Jean Gibbs

It is with deepest sorrow that the family of Barbara Jean Gibbs, announce her passing at the young age of 61.  Barbara went to be with our heavenly father on October 12, 2020 peacefully with her daughters by her side.

Born November 14, 1958 to Myron and Marilyn Comer in San Bernadino, California.  Her greatest love was her family, by whom she will be dearly missed.

Caring and loving mother to Shannon Leathers and Lindsey Gibbs.  As well as, as a doting grandmother to Sarah and Natalie.  Deeply loved baby sister of Loretta Sue Barera, Sandy Smith, and the late Glenn Comer.  She is remembered lovingly by her many nieces and nephews, as well as many others whose hearts she touched along her journey.

There will be a memorial service held from 3:00pm-4:00pm on Saturday, November 7, 2020 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel.
