Bert Dean

Bert Dean, 62 of Interlachen, Florida passed away on Thursday December 7th 2023.  He was born to Jerry and Kay Dean on July 8th 1961 in Lansing Michigan.  He graduated from Everett High in Lansing Michigan.  He worked as a wrapper operator at Georgia Pacific in Palatka Florida.  He was married to Kathy Dean.  His hobbies included golfing, fishing and spending time with his family.  He will be remembered as being a wonderful Husband to Kathy Dean, Father to C.J. Dean and exceptional Grandfather to Joshua Dean.  Both of his parents Jerry Dean and Kay Wilde preceded him in death.  He is survived by his wife Kathy Dean, Son C.J. Dean (Emma) and Grandson Joshua Dean all of Interlachen Florida, Step-Mother Sally Dean, Brother Paul Dean (Laura), Sister Alma VanWinkle, and Step-Sister Sandy Anson (Joe).  As per Bert’s wishes, there will be no funeral service and a memorial service will be held at a later time to be announced by his family.
