Billie Jean Futch

It is with a heavy heart to announce that Billie Jean Futch died Friday morning, June 17, 2022, in Orange Park, Fl, at the age of 77. Billie Jean was born March 14, 1945, in Jacksonville, FL to Margie and Frank Roberts. Billie Jean is survived by her younger sister Karen Roberts, and her four children.

• Her oldest son Billy Futch, his wife Karen, their children Ryan and Kayla, her great grandchildren Savannah and Reagan
• Her son Robert Futch, his wife Carol, and his son Cody
• Her son Michael Futch, his wife Amber, their daughters Victoria and Elizabeth
• Her daughter Michelle Futch-Phillips, her husband Jim, her daughter Silvia,

and her great grandchildren Addison, Oliver, and Lorelai.

Anyone that met Billie Jean knew that she had a heart of gold and loved everyone. It’s hard to imagine a purer soul than hers. Billie Jean was a loving mother, sister, and daughter. She embraced trying new activities, whether it was a cooking class or belly-dancing, most everything excited and intrigued her. She loved her family above all things. “I find it hard to describe her in a short paragraph as the memories and feelings flood me. Just know that she loved and cared for all of you more than you could know, she will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all that knew her.” – Michael Futch

A Celebration of Life service is scheduled for July 14, 2022, at 11:00am at Hibernia Baptist Church with Pastor Terry Moore officiating.
