Carolyn Dale Sutherland

Carolyn Dale Sutherland of Jacksonville, Florida passed away Sunday, May 26, 2024.  Born to Daniel and Deloris Willis on July 27, 1948, in Jacksonville, Florida. She graduated from Ribault High School in 1966.  She married Tim Sutherland shortly after high school and had been married for more than 50 years.  She was a homemaker and devoted her life to taking care of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed crocheting gifts for many people over the years. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Deloris Willis, her brother Danny Willis and her son-in-law Mario Bizier.   She is survived by her husband Tim Sutherland, daughter Tammy Bizier, son Tim Sutherland (Julie), grandson Jarrod Burton (Andrea), granddaughter Marissa Brown (Cindy), Britton Sutherland, Reese Sutherland and her great grandchildren Aubrey Burton, Cameron Brown and baby Brown due in November, sister-in-law Connie Willis and many nieces and nephews. 

In lieu of a funeral service, the family will plan a celebration of life gathering that will be scheduled at a later date.
