Chad M. Frederick

Chad M. Frederick 44 of Middleburg, Florida passed away March 27, 2023 after a short battle with cancer. He was born on May 28, 1978 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He graduated from Middleburg High School and served in the U.S. Air Force. Owner of Galactic Hobby and employed at Publix Warehouse. In his spare time, he loved making designs on his 3D printer. Chad was a wonderful husband and an awesome father. They were his pride and joy. He loved taking his family to Disney World and Universal Studios.

He is survived by his wife Crystal, daughter Harley, and son Alex. Mother Shirley Toucet, Father Jose Toucet, brother Christopher. Father Allen Frederick and Darlene Frederick.

A celebration of life will be held at a date to be determined.
