Charlene Snider, 83, of Orange Park, FL passed away surrounded by her family on her 83rd birthday September 23, 2022.  She was born on September 23, 1939 in Orange Park, FL to the late Nathan and Helen Cercy Luke. 

Charlene was married to the love of her life Charles Snider on March 23, 1957.  This year they celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary.  She was a member of CrossPointe Church located on Fleming Island, FL.  She loved traveling up into the mountains every spring and fall.  Charlene loved flowers, cooking, fishing and playing with her great grandson Kaleb.

Charlene was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Harmon Luke, her three sisters, Evelyn Moore, Faye Colette and Linda Luke.  She is survived by her husband, Charles Snider, her son, James Snider, Daughter in law, Ellie Snider, 2 grandsons, Jake Snider and Luke Snider, and one great grandson, Kaleb Snider.  She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at CrossPointe Church in Fleming Island on Monday, October 3, 2022 at 10:00 am followed by the service at 11:00am with Dr. Ron Baker officiating.   The burial will be at Peoria Cemetery following the service.
