Charles William Noll

Charles William Noll (Bill) born to Ethel and Earl Noll, Caldwell, Ohio passed away on April 8, 2020. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Patricia Emerick Noll and two daughters Kimberly Floyd (Tim) and Dianna Hartwell (Wylie). Nine Grandchildren Adam (Laiza), Erin (Thomas) Amanda, Wylie, Genna, Sara, Monica, Stephen and Chiara Hartwell, and Great Grandson, Wyatt. Also, survived by One sister Etta Simmons and three brothers Richard, Ronald and Gary Noll, Neices and Nephews. He was preceded by his parents, sister Louise, Brothers Robert and Randall.

He retired from the U.S Air Force and went to work as a Special Agent for the U. S. Attorney General also retired. He was active at St. Luke Catholic Church, enjoyed travel especially cruises. He was a Master Gardner for many years and volunteered at the Clay County Fair in that capacity. He also volunteered at St. Vincent's Hospital Clay County.  His main joy was his family. He will rest at the Jacksonville National Cemetery.
