Conway, Clive Raymond. Raymond passed away surrounded by loved ones on April 27, 2019 in Orange Park, Florida. Raymond was born in Daytona Beach on January 15, 1937 to Charles Milton and Lucille Dunn Conway and moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 1939. He grew up in the Ortega neighborhood and known to his friends as a perpetual teenager, he regaled them with his wonderful stories. He attended Bolles School, Stetson University, and The Citadel.
Raymond was proud to be an associate of Conway Bros. Produce and after its sale in 1969, he pursued many ventures as he moved from various locations.
He is survived by his brother, Charles Milton Conway (Angela), his daughter Kimberly, his son Clive Raymond (Maria), granddaughter Ashley Marie and grandson Clive Raymond. He is also survived by his companion Patricia Gompper and her family. He was most certainly cherished by all.
Remember: now he can see, hear, and walk. Godspeed Raymond.
A memorial service will be held Saturday May 18, 2019 at 1:00pm in the Broadus-Raines Chapel. Duke Duncan will be Officiating.
