Craig Allan Moyle

February 27, 1968 — August 5, 2018

Craig Allan Moyle, 50, beloved Husband, Father & Grandfather went home to be in the presence of Jesus on Sunday, August 5, 2018.  Craig was born in Great Lakes, IL on February 27, 1968.  He was the son of Allan LeRoy Moyle and Linda Harris Johnson. Craig was married for 28 years to soul mate and best friend, Dorothy Christi Bryant Moyle and was predeceased by his stepfather Stephen Wade Johnson. 

The joy of their lives were their children, Coral (Eric) Huovinen, Cove Allan Moyle and Coast Craig Moyle; grandson, Emric Leonard Huovinen; sisters, Jennifer Lynn Moyle and Stephanie (Jared) Sleeth; numerous nephews, nieces, many loving close friends and his fur kids, Coconut, Coquina and Nala.

Craig earned degrees in chemistry and biology at the University of North Florida. He worked as a general contractor. In his free time Craig enjoyed surfing, fishing, cooking and spending time with family and friends. Craig played a variety of sports growing up, including soccer, basketball, baseball, and football. When he became a father he turned the passion for playing sports into coaching. He coached softball, baseball, as well as football. Craig loved watching his children grow and form a passion for sports. He was a loving son, brother, devoted husband, caring father and newly promoted grandfather.

Celebration of Life will be held at 3:30 pm on Sunday, August 19, 2018 at Christ’s Church, 6045 Greenland Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32258. (904)268-2500.  Pastor Montgomery “Moo” Hadden, officiating.
