Crystal “Cris” Winsor

December 24, 1932 – November 16, 2024

Cris passed away November 16, 2024, in the Moosehaven Skilled Care Unit at the age of 91.

 She was born to William and Ethel Mary Docking on December 24, 1932 in London, England. 

Cris married Lawrence Winsor on March 18, 1970 he preceded her in death on March 13, 2003. She had two sons, John and Richard, they preceded her in death.

She worked as a Hall Supervisor at Moosehaven and retired in 1998. Cris and Bud traveled for awhile until he became ill and passed away. She decided to go back to work at Moosehaven and retired for good in 2006.

Cris became affiliated with the Loyal Order of Moose on May 13, 1998, when she joined Stillwater, OK Chapter #1368. She received her Academy of Friendship degree on May 4 and her College of Regent Degree on April 30, 1980. 

Memorial Services held Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at 10:00am in the Moosehaven Chapel. Services conducted by Rev. Helen Taylor and Opportunity Chapter.

Cris is survived by Grandson, Marshall Hayes of London England. Close friends, Jacqueline and Jay Wilson of Leesburg, FL.
