Danny Lee Crumpler

Danny Lee Crumpler, 70, of Jacksonville, Florida Passed away at his home on May 17th, 2023. Danny was born to Wyatt and Rachael Crumpler on November 12th, 1952, in Fuquay-Varina North Carolina. The family moved to Jacksonville, Florida where Danny graduated from Nathan Bedford Forest High School on the west side of Jacksonville. Danny was baptized at the Park Avenue Baptist Church in Orange Park, Florida.

Danny went on to spend 40+ years in the HVAC field as a technician and installer before finally retiring from the field.

He was a fan of, and tremendously respected our military and absolutely loved the US Navy Blue Angels acrobatic flying team. He also loved fishing and spending time with his family and friends.

Danny will be remembered as a man who would strike up a conversation with anyone and was well versed in most any topic you wanted to talk about. He will also be remembered as a person who would give you anything you needed or help you with anything anytime you needed his help.

Danny is survived by his wife of 35 years Linda Crumpler, brother Mike Crumpler, sister Sandy Coffman of Jacksonville, Florida, daughters Bobbie Ford Johnson of Orange Park, Florida and Rosie Lee Christopher of Palm Coast, Florida, and numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.  

A graveside service will be held at Jacksonville Memory Gardens, 111 Blanding Blvd. Orange Park, Florida, June 3, 2023, at 11:00 am with Reverend Hiram Johnson officiating.  A gathering of remembrance for family and friends will be held immediately afterwards at Bobbie Ford Johnson home 431 Cleveland Ave, Orange Park, Florida.  Flowers may be sent to Danny and his family to Jacksonville Memory Gardens 111 Blanding Blvd. Orange Park, Fl. 32073.
