David William Pierce, Jr.

David William Pierce, Jr., 51, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away December 13, 2017.  He was born on September 3, 1966 in Stoneham, MA to parents David and Mary Ann (Burns) Pierce.  He was a graduate of Plymouth High School and served his country in the United States Marine Corps.  He worked as a Senior Civil Engineer Inspector for TRC.  He was a member of St. Thomas of Villanova and enjoyed motorcycles, classic cars, going to the rifle range as well as discussing politics. 

Mr. Pierce will be remembered for his sense of humor, loyalty, hard work and his love for his family.

He was preceded in death by his loving son, Eric David Pierce and is survived by his parents, David and Mary Ann Pierce; sister, Jacqueline Hatten; brother, Brian Pierce; daughter, Shaina Pierce and his girlfriend, Suzanne Jenkins.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
