Dennis "Denny" Patten

Dennis “Denny” Patten, 71, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away on October 24, 2019.  He was born on February 8, 1948 in Washington, DC to the late John Robert and Gertrude (Darras) Patten.  Denny came to the area 26 years ago from Shady Side, Maryland.  He was a retired commercial fisherman who loved time spent with family.  Denny will be missed by all.  He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Katherine Portaco.

Denny is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Karen Kuhlman Patten;  son, Anthony Patten; daughter, Tracy Patten; stepson, Charles Jones; brothers, James “Butch” Robert Patten, John Gerald “Jerry” Patten and Leonard “Lenny” Patten; sister, Melody Skaines; 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 1, 2019 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and on Saturday, November 2, 2019 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm in the Broadus-Raines Chapel.
