Donald Bult

Don passed away November 11, 2024 in the Life Care Center of Moosehaven at the age of 85.

He was born to Peter and Annie Bult on February 17, 1939 in Wessington Springs, South Dakota. 

Don married Janet Hynie on May 15, 1960. She preceded him in death on September 10, 2022. They had a son Donald and a daughter Barbara.

Don became affiliated with the Loyal Order of Moose on July 11, 1980 when he joined Henry County Lodge #2170. He received his Fellowship of Honor on September 27, 1986 and his Pilgrim of Merit degree on May 30, 1998. Don was a member of the 25 Club sponsoring 110 members.

He came to Moosehaven with his wife Janet on June 28, 2018. After Janet’s passing he met a lovely lady Karol Smith. They fell in love and married on August 10, 2024 in the Moosehaven Chapel.

Memorial Service held Friday, November 22, 2024 at 2:00PM in the Moosehaven Chapel. Services conducted by Reverand Helen Taylor and Opportunity Lodge Pilgrims.

He is survived by his wife Karol Bult of Moosehaven, son Don Bult, FL, and daughter Barbara Yute, FL. Grandson Tommy, wife Stacey and great grandchildren Jacob and Alexia.
