Duane passed away February 21, 2018 in the Moosehaven Life Care Center at the age of 71.

He was born to Harold and Ruth Hinz on December 19, 1946 in Merrill, Wisconsin.

Duane married Sherrill Flack on October 17, 1998.  She preceded him in death on November 14, 2006.

He worked as a tax accountant for Solutions Business Service retiring in 2009.

Duane became affiliated with the Loyal Order of Moose on March 4, 1988 when he joined Astor, Florida Lodge #2552.  He received his Fellowship Degree on September 12, 2015.

Duane came to Moosehaven on September 11, 2012 where he resided for 5 years. 

No Service at Moosehaven.  There will be a spreading of the ashes in Astor, Florida at a later date.
