Earl Coulter

Earl Coulter, 72, of Orange Park, FL, passed away January 31, 2019.  He was born on October 10, 1946 in Maryville, TN to parents Arthur and Sarah (Williams) Coulter.  He worked as a Lab Technician for Union Camp Chemicals and moved to the local area in 1966.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and visiting flea markets.  Mr. Coulter was an avid bike rider and a former member of the Moose Lodge. 

He was preceded in death by his son, Wesley Douylliez and is survived by his wife, Janice Coulter, sons, David Coulter (Charmaine), Dale Raymond Douylliez (Patty) and Timmy Douylliez (Candace); daughters, Martha Coulter (John) and Sherry Coulter (DeWayne); sisters, Geraldine Blevins and Sarah Lou Cummings (Howard); 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Thursday, February 7, 2019 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Dr. Tim McDaniel officiating.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm until service time.
