Eugene Monroe Billings, 83, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 in Jacksonville, FL. Eugene was born on March 31, 1935 in Jacksonville, FL to the late Robert Lee and Ezella (Massey) Billings. He served in the USMC for 8 years; Eugene received the National Defense Service Medal, United Nations Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal and the Korea Service Medal. He enjoyed fishing on the Ortega River, and was the 4th of 9 siblings.
Eugene is survived by 24 nieces and nephews and their families.
