Eugene Falana

Arthur Eugene Falana, 65, of Switzerland, Florida passed away on Sunday, March 25 in Orange Park, Florida, surround by many loved ones. He was born December 4, 1952 to parents Arthur and Judy Falana. He graduated from St. Augustine High School. He worked with his father at Switzerland Dock and Bulkhead for many years and also with Comcast before retiring. He had many hobbies including reading, woodworking, photography of the outdoors and collections of all sorts. He will always be remembered for his zest for life. He was full of laughter and many stories of his younger years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Falana and daughter, Linda Jean Falana and both of his parents.
Eugene was survived by his daughter, Genie (David) Mize of Pittsboro, NC; sisters, Becky (Larry) Johnson, Jennifer (Matt) Hartley and Gail (Gary) Hapeman; brother, Keith Falana; Grandchildren, Logan Mize and Reagan Mize; Nieces, Jessica Wilson, Stephanie Brown, Avery Keen, Lana Hartley, Laurel Hartley and Nephew, Jason Francisco; Great nieces, Alexis Wilson and Georgia Francisco; Great nephews, Chase Wilson, Wyatt and Tyler Brown, and Max Keen.
