Obituary of Everette E Heffner Sr 09/10/1930 - 08/23/2023 In remembrance of My Father, who served as a Corporal in the US Army and was a Korean War Veteran. After leaving the Army he went on to start two businesses, the first business was Southern Decorators of Jacksonville, FL for 30 yrs and he then started his second business 30 yrs later, Southern Pools, until he retired. He loved to play golf, and fish, and enjoyed working until his retirement. He will be best remembered by his family and his wife, preceded in death by his first wife Irene Ward, and then preceded in death by his second wife Johnnie Boston as well as his 5 brothers all preceded in his death, and his 4 sisters. He had 3 children by his first wife, 2 daughters preceded in death name was Sherry Lynn Heffner, preceded in death also was baby infant Tiffany Evette Heffner. He leaves behind his one son Everette E Heffner Jr. then grandsons, Everette E Heffner the 3rd, Christopher Lee Heffner, Tony Santiago, and then the great grandchildren, Blake Heffner, Blaze Heffner, Dalton Heffner, Brooke Heffner, and Baby Braxton Heffner. Granddaughter in-laws, Christy Jo Heffner, and Kayla Locher. A graveside service will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at Jacksonville National Cemetery with Dr. Tim McDaniel officiating. Military honors will be given at the service.
