Everette Jeffers

Everette Jeffers, 79, of Middleburg, FL passed away November 29, 2017. He was born on January 1, 1938 in the Clay County area to parents George and Joan (Mosley) Jeffers and was a lifelong resident of the area. Everette was a big fan of the outdoors; he loved to fish and hunt. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He enjoyed gardening and sitting on his dock reading his Bible. Everette was a beloved husband, father and grandfather. He was pre-deceased by his parents and two children, Baby Ricky and PeeWee Hodges(Jeffers).  He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Candice Jeffers; children, Tammie King, Larry Flynn Jeffers, Patricia Faulkenhegan, Brian Jeffers, Deena Brady and Wendy Griffis; brothers, Leslie Carisle and Robert Jeffers; sister, Gail Carter; thirteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.  Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Doctor’s Inlet Church of God with Pastor Byron Griffis officiating.
