Fernando Vega Torres

Fernando Vega Torres, 47, died on May 26, 2020 at the Baptist Medical Center, Jacksonville Florida. He was born on February 12, 1973 to Fernando Vega Roman and Carmen Torres Hernandez. He graduated high school in Luis Muñoz Marín located in Juana Díaz, Puerto Rico. Fernando moved to Cleveland, Ohio and was married to Lisandra González in 1997 and divorced in 2014. He enjoyed talking and fixing cars and trucks; he was actively involved in church. Fernando had a great sense of humor and was always joking and laughing. He had a great heart and made a great impression to all lives he touched.

Fernando is survived by his children: Fernando Joel, Lexander, Gamaliel and Lisania; grandchildren: Zenoviah and Xenon; brother Rey and sister Vanessa and other family and friends.

Fernando is preceded in death by his parents: Fernando and Carmen, sister Mayra and grandparents.

A memorial service will be held 2:00pm, Tuesday, June 9, 2020 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Pastor Odany Velasquez officiating.
