Frances Earlene Constantino, 93, succumbed to a life well lived on January 14, 2023, while residing at the Clyde E. Lassen State Veterans Home in St Augustine, FL. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Nancy Kinder and grew up in the rolling hills of Tazewell, Virginia. She is survived by her sister, Shirley Ann Martin, and many nieces and nephews.
She answered the call to serve in the US Air Force and continued a lifelong service to others by her caring and giving nature, wise counsel, and praying for those in need. God worked through this sweet woman in many ways but especially in answering her prayers.
Frances and Tony were happily married for 60 years. They attended Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Glen Burnie. She worked as a Quality Control Inspector for Gould, Westinghouse, and Koppers, but her favorite job was being a grandmother to eight and great-grandmother to nine wonderful kids. She is survived by their two daughters and their families:
