Frances “Fran” Elliott

 November 7, 1927 – January 31, 2021

Fran passed away January 31, 2021 in the Moosehaven Health Care Center at the age of 93.

She was born to Harry and Charlotte Moore on November 7, 1927 in Newport, Nebraska.

Fran married Robert Elliott on January 11, 1947.  He preceded her in death on July 31, 2013. They had a son Robert and two daughters Kathryn and Susan.

She was a caring mother. “She was always there for her children”and was loved by them very much.

Fran became affiliated with the Loyal Order of Moose on March 24, 1955 when she joined Roseburg, OR and later joined St. Charles, IL Chapter #512. She received her Academy of Friendship degree on May 5, 1957.

She came to Moosehaven on October 5, 2010 where she has resided for 10 years. 

Memorial Service will be held at a later date.  She will be laid to rest in the Moosehaven Mausoleum, Orange Park, Florida beside her husband Robert.

She is survived by son Robert Elliott of Salem, OR and daughters Kathryn Lynn Bakken of Anna, TX and Susan Anderson of Longmont, CO.
