Frances Marion Lee

Frances Marion Lee, 91 years old, passed away in Orange, Park FL, on Sunday, May 22, 2022.

Frances was born to George and Edna Strickland on December 26, 1930 in Jacksonville, FL.  She attended Lee High School and was a member of Black Pond Baptist Church, Middleburg, FL. Former member of the Lions Club, where Frances her husband Albert, gave their time and effort to improve their community.  They enjoyed many adventures together. Frances is with Jesus now after a long life of love and mentoring many lives. She lived a full life and worked until she was 72 years old for multiple car dealerships as a service manager and warranty administrator. She enjoyed going to church and spending time with family and friends. She loved to reading, crocheting, shopping, gardening, cooking, traveling and making new friends.  

She is preceded in death by her loving husband Albert Lee, sister Barbara Bivins, daughter-in-law Rose Lee, and grandson Scott Lee.

She is survived by her brother George Strickland; sister Audrey Martinza; brother-in-law Dan Bivins; children Mike Lee, Bill Lee, Edna (Jim) Wade, Albert (Cindy) Lee and Linda (Bruce) Gibson; grandchildren Rhonda, Travis, Ashley, Chris, Jason, Kathy, Adam, Erica, Annette, Jessica, Brianna, Johnathan and Summer. She also had 25 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews.

The family will receive friends from 10:00am to 11:00am on Friday, May 27, 2022 at Black Pond Baptist Church.  Funeral services will start at 11:00am the same day with Reverend Jason Brown and Reverend Charlie Hunt officiating.  Burial will follow in Black Pond Cemetery.
