D. Frances Winn passed away Thursday August 9th, 2018. Frances was a Florida native and a longtime resident of both Jacksonville and Fleming Island. She was born September 25, 1931 in Live Oak, FL to the late Osmer S. Voyles and Vera Brown Voyles.
Survivors include Daughter, Miechell Duce-Starrett; son, Michael Winn and wife Cathy Winn; grandchildren, Justin Duce and Danielle Duce; and great-grandson Johnny Duce.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am, Tuesday, August 14, 2018 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Dr. Tim McDaniel officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Community Hospice of Jacksonville.
