Frank “Frankie” Russell Rossotto IV, 42, of Middleburg, Florida passed away after a long illness on July 3, 2022. He was born on January 27, 1980, in Syracuse, New York to Butch Rossotto and Roberta (Howe) Pacos. Frank grew up in a small town where he was loved by many for his outgoing nature, adventurous attitude, and his big smile. After high school Frank enlisted in the military and joined the United States Navy where he became a Flight Aviation Specialist from 2000-2014. He married his longtime love, Samantha Pavlock, on November 12, 2010, in Doylestown, PA and after his military service they moved to Middleburg, FL with their beloved dogs. In addition to being an avid dog lover, Frank was also a sports and Star Wars enthusiast. He loved music, cooking and above all else he enjoyed conversations with his family and friends. His outgoing personality and ability to tell anecdotes will be greatly missed. Frank is survived by his loving wife, Samantha Rossotto of Middleburg, FL; father, Butch Rossotto of Cuba, NY; mother, Roberta Pacos (Peter) of Fredonia, NY; sister, Genevieve Rossotto (Jason Miernik) of Bear Lake, NY, nephew, Jason Miernik Jr. of Bear Lake, NY; stepsister, Hillary Gallson (Blaine) of West Falls, NY and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. The family will receive friends at 2:00pm on Monday, July 25, 2022, at the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home with memorial services starting at 3:00pm. A reception will follow at 4:00pm in the banquet hall at the Beaver Club. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family or to a charity of your choice.
