Born 12-26-1941 in Little Falls Minnesota to Ralph and Dorothy Truman

Passed away 7-19-2024 at the age of 82

Married to Janis Mary Truman on December 15th, 1984, they were married almost 40 years

Butch was proceeded by Brothers & Sisters Tim, Jim, Pam and Lynn

Daughters Natural and Adopted Deborah, Kim and Kathy

Grand Children Savannah, Rebecca, David, Troy and Shavon

Along with Seven Great Grand Children

Close Friends Cheri, Mr. Val and Leonard

Butch served 15 years in the Marine Corp retiring in 1973 as a Gunny Sergeant

He Continued his work and love for this Country working in Civil Service at NAS JAX

Hobbies Included Fishing, Antique Cars, Wood Working and Traveling

Butch will always be remembered for his Giving and Caring Spirit this man would help anyone at any time, you could always count on him to be there with you no matter what.

“Pops” to some of us will be truly missed that man had a huge heart and will never be replaced by anyone, we miss and love him and know that although it hurts to lose him it is comforting to know that he is back with Janis AKA “Ma” his wife that he truly loved and missed

Jacksonville National Cemetery on Friday August 9th at 9:00am
