Heidi Christine Peck

Heidi Christine Peck, 42, passed away on September 24, 2019. She was born to Danny D. and Betty J. Peck on April 3, 1977 in Jacksonville, Florida. She graduated from Stanton College Prep School Class of 1995, with honors. In 2006 she graduated from University of Florida Levin College of Law and was a Law Review board member; Phi Beta Kappa.
Heidi had a varied work history as a public-school teacher; family advocate with Christian Appalachian Project--KY; a Lead Victim Advocate with Palm Bay Police Department and most recently as Innkeeper at Herlong Mansion B&B. She was a free spirit with an artistic flair who loved the Lord, loved life and loved people. Her excursions to various public and private gardens around Florida and her love for exploring the history and folklore of a destination, as well as long walks along the seashore, marked her favorite pastimes.
Heidi was preceded in death by her beloved Uncle Rodney Peck and Grandparents Theodore/Vera Peck. She is survived by her mother, Betty Peck and her father Dan (Robin) Peck. She is additionally survived by her sisters Heather (Brian) Hanson and son Joshua and Jennifer (Sean) Snead and children Grace and Dominic, and grandparents Jerry (Helga) Meyer and Sadie Williams, her Uncle Terry (Mirna) Meyer as well as many other loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at Pinewood Presbyterian Church with Rev. Renfred Zepp officiating.
