Inez E. Erb, 96, of Orange Springs, FL went to be with the Lord on May 11, 2020. She was born on April 16, 1924 to Franklin David Brown and Ida India McPherson in Maxville, FL. She and her husband moved to Interlachen in 1964. They opened the Bee Hive restaurant in Orange Springs in 1977-1979. They had many beehives in which they made and sold honey. She was also involved in raising hunting dogs which she loved doing with her husband. She was a helpmate to her husband in raising cows. She canned her vegetables and shared with her neighbors. Everyone in Interlachen knew and loved her. She thoroughly enjoyed seeing her azaleas bloom every year. She loved watching birds. She was a Christian woman who prayed for everyone.
Inez was preceded in death by her husband, Everette; one sister and six brothers. She is survived by three nieces and four nephews, Judy Parker (Jerry) of Jacksonville, Claudia Nolan (Joe) of Whitehouse, Sue Ploucher of Whitehouse, Edward Covey of Ft. Lauderdale, David Covey (Julie) of Jacksonville, Carl Brown (Bobbi) of Lakeland, Tommy Brown (Susanna) of Tampa and numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at Long Branch Cemetery at 5:00pm on Saturday, May 23, 2020.
