James “Jimmy” McKay Bain III of Green Cove Springs, Florida passed away May 20th, 2019. Jimmy was born to James McKay Bain Jr. and Sylvia Juanelle Bain on October 4th, 1965 in Starke, Florida He resided for most of his life in Clay County, and graduated from Clay High School in 1983. Jimmy worked in construction for over 30 years as an estimator and land surveyor. Jimmy was a lover of the outdoors and enjoyed camping, fishing, and hiking through state parks.
Jimmy will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Kyndall Bain, his brother William Gerald McKay Bain and William’s wife, Julie Flanagan Bain, as well as his nephew and niece, Jacob and Kyla. He will be missed by many cousins, nephews, and family members who loved his good-hearted nature. Jimmy never knew a stranger, and his generosity and love will live on in the countless friends he made over his 53 years of life.
A celebration of Jimmy’s life will be held at Tucker’s Farmhouse on Brown Road in Green Cove Springs, Florida on June 1st, 2019 between the hours of 5 PM and 8 PM. Due to the outpouring of love and support shown for Jimmy and his family, it is asked that in lieu of flowers or monetary donations, you return this generosity to family, friends, and neighbors to pay forward the kindness that Jimmy always showed to others.
