James Patrick (Pat) Fosbenner, age 70, of Jacksonville, FL. Born June 21, 1947 in Millington, TN. To Betty Fosbenner Carter and adopted by Reuben Franklin Fosbenner Pat was an avid NASCAR Fan, loved working on race car engines and raced Formula V race cars. He enjoyed tinkering with all kinds of engines. He loved family outings and anything they got together to do. It wasn’t strange to find them at an Amusement Park, cooking out or jet skiing. He said “When I lived, I lived and then I died” Patrick passed peacefully from this earth after battling a lengthy illness on June 28, 2017. In life as in death, he was surrounded by his family.
