Jane T Font

Jane T. Font, 77, of Jacksonville, FL passed away on October 6, 2023.  She was born in Syracuse, NY to parents Tony and Margaret (Bruce) Tanyi on November 8, 1945.  Jane graduated from Homer High School in New York.  Jane loved her church, Jax Life Church and her hobbies included reading and watching wrestling with Glenn Jackson.  She will be remembered for her great love of Jesus and how she always put others before herself.  Momma had love in her heart for everyone.

Jane was preceded in death by husband, Eulalio Font; sons, John Jackson and Scott Jackson; sisters, Antonia Sara Tanyi, Mary Millay and brother, David Richard Tanyi.

She is survived by her sister, Carol Tate; daughter, Beverly Blaylock; son-in-law, Leon Blaylock; granddaughter, Sara Jackson; her very best friend, Genette Carroll; special friend, Glenn Jackson; many nieces and nephews she truly loved a lot along with friends that Jane loved with all her heart.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at Jax Life Church 6573 Hyde Grove Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32210 with Pastor Brian Fegter officiating.
