Jean Wyman, 89, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away February 6, 2019. She was born on December 15, 1929 in Melvin, AL to parents Roy and Cary Mae (Jackson) Spivey. She had worked as a PBX Operator for Clay Memorial Hospital and the Clay County Courthouse. Mrs. Wyman was a DOE in the Elks Lodge #1892 in Green Cove Springs. She dearly loved her family and enjoyed the time that they spent with each other.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Eldon Heath and her son, Randy Heath. Survivors include her husband, George Wyman; sons, Ronnie Heath, Sr. (Sue) and Reggie Heath (Gail), all of Green Cove Springs; daughter-in-law, Tracey Heath; brother, Larry Spivey (Jackie) of Marianna, FL; sisters, Faye Wimberly (Bill) of Marianna, FL and Jeannette Avery of Slocomb, AL; grandsons, Ron Heath, Jr. of Atlanta, GA, Ryan Heath of Green Cove Springs and Austin Heath of Green Cove Springs and great-grandchildren, Avery and Ella Heath.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, February 11, 2019 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Rev. Charlie Hunt officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until service time. Interment will follow in Hickory Grove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Clay County Council On Aging, 604 Walnut Street, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043.
