Jefferson "Jeff" Daniels

Jefferson “Jeff” Daniels, 73, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away March 25, 2024.  He was born on December 15, 1950 in Orange Park, FL to parents Jay and Mary Daniels.  He was a 1968 graduate of Clay High School and a lifelong resident of Green Cove Springs.  Jeff worked at Associated Minerals and for the Clay County Parks and Rec. Department.  He was a member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church and will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his wife, Sherry Moody Daniels; sons, Jay and Scott Daniels; and sisters, Elizabeth Peeples (Eddie) and Deborah Miller (Clint).

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday, March 28, 2024 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, March 29, 2024 at Hickory Grove Baptist Church with Dr. H. Watson Moody officiating. Burial will follow at Hickory Grove Cemetery.
