Jerrol "Jerry" B. Eason

Jerrol “Jerry” B. Eason, 79, of Middleburg, FL, passed away on November 19, 2023. Jerry was born on October 28, 1944 and raised by George and Stella Mae Eason in Chesapeake, VA. 

After Jerry graduated from Great Bridge High School in 1962, he went on to his AA from Florida Jr College and his bachelor’s degree at University of North Florida in 1979. After graduating with a degree, Jerry started a new position at NADEP Jax as a Logistics Analyst. He retired from NADEP Jax after 41 years in 2006. In 1968, Jerry met Brenda and they married November 30 of that same year. Jerry and Brenda went on to have two children, Kimberly and Karen. In his spare time, Jerry loved fishing, bowling, and wood working. 

Jerry was predeceased by his mom, dad and all his brothers and sisters except for one. 

He is survived by his wife Brenda, daughters Kimberly and Karen, son in law Kenny, grandchildren Sydney, Christian, Payton, Morgan & Kaitlyn, and his great-grandchildren Weston, Lilian, and Elaina. 

Services will be held for Jerry in the Broadus-Raines Chapel on Friday, January 5, 2024 at 11am. 

Following the service, all are invited to gather for a small reception at 2291 Lakeshore Dr. N, Fleming Island, Fl 32003.
