Jerry Edward Frady

Jerry Edward Frady, 69 passed away on June 25th, 2021 at OPMC, After an extended illness, with his Wife and daughter by his side.

Jerry was born on February 3rd, 1952 to Adeline and Raymond Frady. He is preceded in death by his parents and Brother Jimmy Frady. 

Survivors include his Wife of 19 years Shannon Frady, daughter Abbygayle Frady, Son Austin Mihlfeld all of Green Cove Springs. He is also survived by daughter Tammy Millagan of Vermont, Sister Judy Gronburg and her husband John on Jacksonville and Sister Debra Yates of Tennessee. Jerry also has nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

People will remember Jerry as an incredible breakfast cook and his ability to make people laugh and put a smile on your face. He was a unique personality.

Jerry enjoyed fishing, bonfires, westerns, WWE, nascar, riding motorcycles and spending time with the people he loved.

The family would like to take the time to thank Governor's Creek Health and Rehab for the care he received for the last two years.

A celebration of life dinner will be planned at a later date.
