Joan Eva Riggs

Joan Eva Riggs, 64, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away June 5, 2017.  She was born on July 25, 1952 in Norwich, CT to parents Leo and Pauline (Porier) Jolley.  Mrs. Riggs was a CNA and a member of Shiloh Baptist Church in Green Cove Springs, FL and a former member of Suncoast Baptist Church in Homosassa, FL.  She loved her dogs and watching movies and will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her son, Phillip Houle; daughter, April Ullrich; brothers, Jay Leo Jolley (Doreen) and Scott Jolley (Michelle); her sister, Kathy Ashwell (John); best-friend, Vickie Lynn; roommate, Denise Bedard and her beloved dog, Bella.
