John W. Zamecnik

John W. Zamecnik went to be with the Lord on September 14, 2021. He was born to William and Catherine Zamecnik on October 7, 1946. He graduated from Milwaukee High School and joined the United States Marine Corps, serving in Vietnam. He retired from the US Postal Service. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Jean; stepdaughter, Donna and grandson, Jack Jr. Survivors include his loving wife, Lois; son, John, Jr.; daughter, Linn; stepchildren, Jeffrey, Jack, Lois Anne and Jerry and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a proud Vietnam Veteran and was always seen with his Vietnam hat on. He was a wonderful loving husband, father and the best grandpa ever.
