Judy Elaine Burdge

Judy Elaine Burdge of Green Cove Springs, Florida passed away on Saturday, July 10th, 2021. She was born to Paul M. And Mildred A. Burdge on September 18th, 1946 in Malden, Missouri. Judy worked professionally in the service of others as a social worker most of her adult life, most recently volunteering as a Clay County guardian ad litem. She was a faithful member of the Green Cove Springs Church of Christ. Her favorite past time was spending time with her family and friends. She loved to read her Bible, travel to new places, the arts, playing board games and cards with family and friends not to mention, she was an amazing cook. She will always be remembered by the way she made people feel loved. She was a great encourager to others, generous with her time and poured so much of herself into so many.
She is preceded in death by her father, Paul M. Burdge and her beloved mother, Mildred A. Montgomery, and son-in-law, Randy Neal, Sr.. Judy is survived by her brother, James Burdge. Two daughters, Trina Neal, of Killen, Al. and Tara Hedding of Green Cove Springs, Fl. as well as her son, Ryan Dolan of New Orleans, La. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Summer Neal, Misti Meyer, Randy Neal Jr., Brad Neal, Renee Hedding, Jayden Huffman, Brooke Groves, Gabriel Johnson, Abbigail Hedding and 8 great -grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held on Friday, July 16th @ 12:30pm at the Green Cove Springs Church of Christ located at 3650 Russell Rd. in Green Cove Springs, Fl. Longtime minister and dear friend, Claude McEldowney will be officiating.
