LaJanice Moore Bell

LaJanice Moore Bell, 72, of Jacksonville, FL passed away on Friday, August 16, 2019.  She was born to Arnold Stafford Moore and Ethel Jeanette Inez Mooneyham on October 10, 1947 in Orangedale, FL. LaJanice was married to Larry W Bell, Jr.  She was a Southern Baptist. She attended and was a member of Russell Baptist Church. 

LaJanice worked as a caregiver and catered meals. She liked to drive the church bus and care for people in her community. She adored her church family and attending church every Sunday. She loved to read, spend time with her family, yard sale, travel and collect antiques. Her biggest hobby and love were her family. LaJanice will be remembered for her caring heart and her great love for Jesus. 

LaJanice was preceded in death by her son, John Robert Bell; father, Arnold Stafford Moore; mother, Ethel Jeanette Inez Wing; sister, Mary Lynn Sharp; brothers, Bobby Ray Moore and Kenneth Wayne Moore

LaJanice was survived by her husband, Larry Wilbur Bell, Jr.; son, Michael Darren Bell & wife Angel Bell of Middleburg, FL; daughter, Gina Rebecca Smith & Allen Mitchell Smith of Collinsville, AL; granddaughters, Ashlynn Marie Bell of Columbia, SC, Ne'Toshia Leann Kristen Smith of Oxford, AL, Carol Ann Bell of SC, Shyannie Lauren Bell of Jacksonville, FL & Courtney Meglin of Middleburg, Fl; grandson,

Devin Hyland of Sarasota, FL; great-grandchildren, Blaine Austin Pope, Melissa Faith Pope, Mark Robert Pope, Cadence Inez Cooper, Zaria Sanai Stone-Marshall, Allyson Fenstermaker & Dylan Mallison.

 Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, August 23, 2019 at Russell Baptist Church with Rev. Ron Baker officiating.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until service time.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
