Larry Morgan Johns

Larry Morgan Johns, 39, of Middleburg, FL, passed away July 15, 2023.

Larry is survived by his parents, Charles, Kathy & Joe; four sons, Tyler, Waylon, Rylee and Konner; three siblings, Charles Johns Jr. (Julie), Wesley Johns (Rebekah) and Tiffany Pilarczyk (Jason); along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles who will miss him dearly. Preceded in death by his grandparents, Douglas and Frieda Roberts, Olen Johns, Carl and Edith Hattabaugh.

He enjoyed fishing, being on the boat with his dad, camping, cooking, gardening, the beach and anything outdoors. He also enjoyed teaching younger ones about fishing and everything outdoors.

As we collectively mourn the loss of Larry, we also celebrate the life he lived and the lasting impact he made on so many.  In this time of grief, let us remember the good times, as well as the laughter and love he shared. 

Larry would want his untimely passing to serve as a lesson and reminder to all that life is fragile and all too often shorter than we would like to think, so don’t forget to live a life you are proud of and wet a line any chance you get. Never take a moment for granted. Most importantly, even during life’s toughest obstacles, Keep fighting and always trust in God.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, July 21, 2023 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Dr. Ron Baker officiating.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until service time.  Burial will follow in Padgett Cemetery.
