Lester “Les” Budz

August 15, 1927 – February 28, 2022

Les passed away February 28, 2022 in the Orange Park Medical Center at the age of 94.

He was born to Joseph and Linda Budz on August 15, 1927 in Chicago, Illinois.

Les married Geraldine A. Heraty on July 26, 1951. They had a daughter Kathleen and two sons Tom and John.

He became affiliated with the Loyal Order of Moose on February 25, 1988 when he joined Lake Panasoffkee, FL Lodge #1179. He later transferred to Villages Leesburg, FL Lodge #1271. 

Family Services held in Niles, Illinois.

Les is survived by his daughter Kathleen Weinstein of Lake Forest, Illinois and sons John Budz of Desplaines, Illinois and Tom Budz of St. Charles, Illinois. He was dearly loved by his family and friends and will be missed.
