She was born to Charles and Lila Bickner on April 7, 1929 in Snoqualmie Falls, WA.
Lila married Leonard Rauch on July 18, 1953 in. Leonard preceded her in death on February 27, 1973. She married Mr. Tex Williams on August 2, 1975. He preceded her in death on September 24, 2007
Lila enjoyed her years as a wife and homemaker.
She became affiliated with the Women of the Moose on September 14, 1961 when she joined San Diego, CA Chapter #2. Lila received her Academy of Friendship on May 7, 1978, College of Regents Degree on June 26, 1982 and Star Recorder on June 8, 1992.
She came to Moosehaven with her husband Tex on May 5, 2003 where she has resided for over 14 years.
Direct Cremation with ashes spread at Moosehaven.
She is survived by niece, Judith Clark of Moses Lake, WA.
