Lois Smith

January 19, 1920 — April 25, 2021

Lois Smith, 101 years, of Orange Park, FL passed away April 25, 2021 at Silver Treasures in Jacksonville, FL. She was born in Clyde, Kansas to parents Charles L. Fryer and Iola (Drake) Fryer on January 19, 1920. She was married to her husband Donald Lyle Smith from 1943 to 1989 when he passed. Lois graduated from Clyde High School in Clyde, Kansas. She was Methodist in her religious affiliation. Some of her favorite hobbies and past-times included dressing dolls, sewing, crochet, and alterations. She will be remembered as being Superman’s girlfriend!

Lois is survived by daughters Karen Smith Becknell and husband Duane; Karrol Sue Green Bybee, husband Don, grandson Kevin Green, wife Connie and step-daughters Jayla and Callie McCracken, and daughter Arya Green; and grandson Michael Green, wife Cora and their children Piper and Ezra.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations made to Orange Park United Methodist Church.
