Lois Anne Yates

Lois Anne Yates, 84, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away December 29, 2019. She was born to the late Gallie and Gusta Mullins on June 24, 1935 in Haysi, VA. Lois was a member of the Lighthouse Church of Orange Springs Florida. She loved being outdoors and gardening. Lois will be remembered for her love for her children and grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Gallie and Gusta Mullins; husband, Claude Yates; sister, Linda Wilkinson; children, George Sutherland and Linda Sutherland; son-in-law, Larry Duty and granddaughter, Shannon Sutherland Smyth. Lois is survived by her sister, Reda Buckles (Leon); sons, John Sutherland (Lisa), Frankie Sutherland (Brenda) and Harmon Sutherland; daughters, Sherry Anderson (Wes) and Dora Duty along with 12 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
