Louis Stubbs McCann Jr., MD Born 09-06-1949 Died 11-08-2017 Louis was born in Atlanta, Georgia to Louis and Edith McCann. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Brenda Lee McCann (Brown), his 5 children; Becky, April, Carrie, Jonathan and Timothy. Louis was a dedicated and loving husband and father. His family was his number 1 priority. Louis got his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. He did his Pathology Residency in the Navy at Balboa Hospital in San Diego, California.  He was active duty Navy and then a reservist in Orlando, Florida. From there he went into private practice and worked for 30 years. His last place of practice was at Flagler Hospital. Louis was respected in his field and he was well liked. Whenever he was able to, Louis sang in the San Sebastian Catholic Church in St. Augustine, Florida. He enjoyed hunting and shooting in the range.  He also enjoyed boating and scuba diving. He will be missed.A memorial service for Louis will be held on Friday, December 8, 2017 at 11:00 am in the San Sebastian Catholic Church, 1112 SR 16, St. Augustine 32084, with a small reception on site.
