Maria Consuelo Zarate

Consuelito nace el Abril 29 de 1955 en Girardot “la ciudad de mas bella del mundo”;

según Maximiliano, quien con Pastorita tuvieron el orgullo de ser sus padres.

Mujer pausada y respetuosa de sus semejantes, no sin dejar de ser sincera.

Espiritualmente muy convencida de que la bondad y la hermandad son las claves de una vida feliz. Amante lectora de libros con temas que estudiaban la espiritualidad y la nobleza del ser humano; temas que le permitan hablar e inspirar a sus lectores y escuchas. (Quienes tuvieron la fortuna de recibir sus cartas, correos o charlas pueden dar testimonio).

Empezó a demostrar sus habilidades como madre con sus hermanos menores Oscar y Pablo, Habilidad que aumentó con sus Hijos a quienes amó y dirigió para que sean como hoy lo son: ejemplo y orgullo de sus propios hijos.

Consuelito was born April 29th 1955 in Girardot, Colombia which was dubbed “The most beautiful city in the world”, by Maxiamiliano, who alongside Pastorita had the privilege of being her parents.

She was a compassionate, spiritual, selfless, devoted and genuine soul who never hesitated in sharing her being with anyone. Along with these God given qualities and her love of literature, which focused on topics such as compassion, spirituality and the nobility in humans, she was gifted with an admirable ability for expression. Her keen sense and ability to articulate difficult emotions, did the impossible for many, ease worries and instill internal peace, an enviable gift.

All of these qualities allowed her to be an amazing daughter, sister to five, wife, daughter and sister in law, mother to four, and grandmother to eight. She devoted herself to her children, husband and grandchildren and she will live on through the legacy she helped create alongside Jose N. Zarate, for the last 49 years together.

Her love lives on through her:

3 Beautiful daughters (Indi, Shiqui and Samy)

1 golden son (Frank)
